I recently subscribed to ProductLift and successfully set up my board. However, I’ve encountered an issue while trying to log back in. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and didn’t save it.
When I attempted to log in, I noticed there isn’t an option to reset my password on the login screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You can reset the password on the login page of your portal (something like xxx.productlift.dev). You should have received an email with the account information like the portal url, or it may also be in your browser history.

In ProductLift, users can create an account using their Social Media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Github).
Also, you can automatically create an account for them using Single sign-on (https://app.productlift.dev/p/single-sign-on-sso-bWA0yz). If you use a widget, people don't even see that it is outside your app/site.

Thanks a lot for adding the comment API endpoint! There are two things missing I feel 1) to be able to set the comment publication date timestamp. Especially since we are importing legacy conversations from our previous system 2) On comment creation, you can set the parent_id for nested comments, but not on comment update. Same for pin_to_top, which would be awesome to manage programmatically
The API changes are now live, allowing you to set the creation timestamp of comments, among other features. For any detailed questions or follow-up, I recommend reaching out to our support team. This way, we can keep the comments section focused on potential customers interested in ProductLift.

Q: Any way we can batch import attachments?
Similar question as before when migrating from another system or forum: importing posts/threads work fine, but we cannot import attachments. Would love to avoid hacking my way into it, like building a macro to edit posts and add attachments on behalf of the users
