You can add upto any number of locations per project just you need to take care of the keywords limit. For an example: If you track 80 keywords in 10 locations and on one device then the credits will be counted as 80*1*10 = 800.
So, there is no limitations on number of locations you can add to any project.

Q: RanksPro just introduces the Activity/History feature. But it seems NOT to be available to AppSumo lifetime plans.
I think it is unfair to exclude life members from any new features.
This looks a bit like a bait and switch strategy.
