I’m interested in Tier 3. For the "AI clipping hours per month" – does the 10-hour limit refer to the total duration of videos I upload before clipping, or the duration of the final clips generated?
A: Great question! The 10-hour limit refers to the total duration of the original videos you upload for clipping. So if you upload a 1-hour video, that counts as 1 hour toward your monthly limit—regardless of how many short clips the AI generates from it.
Can you edit the actual video in here? cut it? move it? extend it if its too short on one side or the other where it cut off? I dont seem to be able to do any of that. Also your site has 0 support options.. no chat, no email, no contact us page..

Yes — we do support cutting and extending clips in the clipping editor. You can trim the start or end of any clip. Moving segments around isn’t available yet, but it’s coming soon.
In the transcript editor, you can also hover near the start or end of a transcript block to see the “Add Segment” button for more control on extending.
A: Yes — you can absolutely upgrade to a higher tier or downgrade to lower tiers during your refund window as long as the AppSumo deal is still live.
The “no existing account” condition only applies to users who already have a paid subscription directly through our website. If you’re new and buying through AppSumo, you’re good to go for upgrades across tiers.

Looking to purchase Tier-3 LTD for $259. However, it says "Renews at same price". I'm confused, is this a LTD or requires me to pay to renew? Thank you for taking the time to respond.
A: Thanks for pointing that out! That message is outdated — this is definitely a Lifetime Deal (LTD). We originally launched with some annual plans based on community requests, but later converted them to LTDs. The “renews at same price” note is a leftover from that and will be removed.

I just found you through appsumo, and don't have existing account with you.
Let's sat I buy tier 1. And like what you offer, later on. As long as you have this deal available. Can I upgrade to t2, t3 or t4 ?
