Surprising and high-performance
I think it is one of the most interesting tools that I have tried, after various tests with many ai-driven code generation tools. The precision with which it reports the prompt inputs is remarkable and I must say that it is a tool that requires writing complete and detailed prompts, precisely because it has the ability to respect the details of the given commands.
Initially it had some bugs but the Rollout guys worked hard and seriously and produced something very very high-performance. Their responses to questions in assistance are very fast and you can see that they are very active and work to keep the quality high.
In the past I had the pleasure of buying Dukaan (their other tool) right here on appsumo and I must say that it works great, so I can think that it is a great team that knows what it is doing also for their historical work. Furthermore, you can not only create simple sites but practically many other web interfaces and apps with many functions. I think this will soon become a star. Thanks appsumo for this.

Potential
Quite buggy - one of my sites design pages just turned completely empty and now I cant edit it at all.
Seems theres no simple way to access any support to get help to fix it.
In general rollout is good for quickly spinning up a basic landing page with a prompt - this will get you 90% of the way to a simple website.
After that the small edits a quite tedious to do in the editor, especially images.
The AI is lacking context after the first prompt which makes the whole site, so it doesnt keep in mind the contex when editing specific parts in the site.
I got the 2nd tier and im still debating if it was worth it as it is right now or not but I think it depends on your usecase.

The best AI Website Builder so far -
I've tried tons of AI Website builders (all that have came out on AppSumo and those that did not). Rollout is by far the best. It's better than the top-rate builder currently on the market. Give it a try; it won't disappoint. I originally started testing with using one or two sentence prompt. The results were good. With continuing testing of prompts, I can create an excellent webpage with prompts with very detailed information. My latest test consist of a prompt that was over 2 pages long and it went into every detail from sales copy, page layout, color palette, detail information about my target market, image size and ratio, etc... I used ChatGPT to help create this detailed prompt by asking it to create a prompt for an AI website builder. Also, I would have Rollout create a website and modify my prompt even further by adding to the prompt of what to add or subtract from the website. This does take time, but a lot quicker before AI was around.
Once you get a website you really like, you click over the section and have the AI make the needed changes (have to be specific on what change you want). Few days ago I was able to edit the text on the website by clicking on the section. Now, this is not working and got frustrated. Now it seems it was changed so now you have to use the AI editor to make edits for text copy. It takes a little longer, but it works.
I only know how to work with WP, so I can't wait for the WP plugin. I hope pointing my domain to the website I'm creating will not be a problem. Instructions are provided.

Better than competitors without LTDs
I have tried a lot of alternatives and this one is the best, even compared with the overrated Lovable.
Really happy of having this monster in my tech stack.

Mixed experience with rollout
I recently tried out Rollout, a website builder from Dukaan team, and I wanted to share my thoughts. I hate to say it, but I wasn't too impressed - I'd give it 2 out of 5 stars. Let me break it down for you:
The Not-So-Great Stuff
1. Working with images is a real pain - it's super limited and frustrating
2. The templates are pretty basic and make every site look the same
3. If you're looking for cool stuff like animations or interactive features, you won't find them here
4. The AI-powered tools (forms, maps, etc.) are pretty glitchy and you'll often need to fix things manually
The Good Bits
1. You can whip up a simple HTML website pretty quickly
2. It works fine if you just need a basic one-page site
3. Total beginners won't have trouble figuring it out
Look, I really wanted to like Rollout, but it needs a lot of work before it can compete with other website builders out there. Between the history of customer support from dukaan and all its limitations, I can only recommend it if you need something super basic. Otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere.
