A: Just set your Roundups default store to Amazon.in and you'll get products from Amazon.in and we'll generate links to Amazon.in.
If you used some other tool where the account was suspended, it would be because of user abuse of the Affiliate Program. Maybe the user spammed. AppSumo will suspend your affiliate account too if you abuse it.

What if the Appsumo products you curated in Roundups has ended. Is there a way to filter all the ended products and focus on products that are still live and active on Appsumo.

Yes, you can add custom links for other affiliate programs. Switch to edit mode, highlight text and then click the link button in the editor to add your affiliate link.
