Q: Is there an option to request a signature for a document sent? If not, is this on the roadmap in the future?
Just wondering because having the ability to send a document/files and request a signature was a game changer for us when Dropbox added that feature. By the way, outstanding product we have almost implented your software in all our companies.
Signing of documents is something we have been considering, but it will be down the road and quite possibly available on all plans -- stay tuned.
We will be very soon rolling out:- -Background image customisations -Teams -Folders -Improvement to uploads like pause and resumable uploads -Data Regions / GDPR
Hence document signing will occur after that as the product matures! Thank you...
I sell digital products in PDF format. I would love to be able to share a link with my customers who purchased the file a link instead of an email. Is this something I can do?
1. Create a new transfer, and attach your PDF. 2. Either enter the recipients email address so it emails them the PDF link 3. OR copy the link instead, and send it to them from your email. 4. When the user gets the link, they can download or preview the PDF. 5. You can add a custom message or even add a custom voice message like "Hey thanks for the...
30 transfers a month seems a bit limiting for a personal plan. Some months can be busy, some less so. I'd like to test the service first, see it if fits my needs. Can I upgrade to the pro plan from this deal?
A: You can certainly upgrade later by purchasing another code.
Many people find the Personal plan quite satisfactory for their needs, remember that its 30 transfers per month but your link is valid indefinitely, meaning your recipient can download the files multiple times.
Thanks. I don't think 30 transfers a month is enough for me, not too sure. Unlimited is great but too much. Just wondering before I commit. I have Google Drive, Dropbox and was using We Transfer up until today when they introduced a limit. The most important part for me is to be able to send a link in an email and that the client doesn't have to register and I can track it. Comfort of use too.
Just a caveat; we don't current have folders, but this in the works. We're more of a file transfer solution for business documents. Yes, your recipient does not need any registration at all, and you can track downloads. There is also a 60 day refund!
Q: Can it be used to send photographs of an event as a folder & shared as a link for members to download?
A: Yes, you can transfer photos, images and if there is more then one, your recipient can download them as a zip file using your shared link. They can also preview the images before downloading them. See an example here which contain pdf/excel/images : https://sinosend.com/d/Uu9NeyW
A: Hi Dxb, currently we're not planning on adding a reseller plan. We only have custom domains and a non branded recipient experience by removing our logo and "Powered by".
