Hi, I bought Software Subscriptions since November 14th. I have raised several tickets on the 14th and 15th of November. It's 1st of December and I have received no acknowledgement and no response on any of my tickets. They are 10 to be exact.
Should I come to AppSumo to draw your attention to respond? The app is really buggy and needs several fixes. Looking forward to hearing back asap!

Q: Custom Subscription Name is not being accepted. Import is Faulty and no response from Support
Hi Team, I have tried to login 3 subscriptions using CSV method. I ended up get 30 subscriptions in the system but not a single one is showing in the dashboard list. So the system is only allowing a subscription that is already in the dropdown. As you cannot have all of the subscriptions names in the world in one dropdown. We are stuck with only a few options.
I have submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and have not received any response yet.
Can you please check my support ticket and respond? Otherwise, I will have to get a refund.

Q: Would your product allow us to store API keys?
Hello, this sounds like a great product. Would your product allow us to store API keys? Are there storage limits for the length of subscription license keys (.ie. how many characters).
A: Hey :) you're able to add it to the Notes section of every subscription or you can create your own custom label with the API key. And no limit on characters :)
Hey Kyle, many AppSumo users have the same problem: we buy a deal, but it won't fit perfectly, so we wait for updates and come back later to see if it works for us. The product list in AppSumo is not really great for searching our deals in detail, so it would be great to import our AppSumo deals and also add keywords to find them in the future quickly and easily...
A: Hey :) thanks for the question and comment. Agreed, I do the same. Regarding the import, you can export your AppSumo deals via CSV, download the SS CSV template, then import it.
Right now, you can filter by name, but we'll add a search to make it easier.
