Awesome client portal experience.
I am using this to manage my insurance clients.
Very smooth login experience and the dashboard looks great.
I had some trouble initially with customizations, but now that I'm getting the hang of it, it's very versatile.
I just figured out that I can embed my custom apps into the dashboard!
I am embedding custom trained chat bots (Pickaxe!) to answer questions, and add value to my agency.
Form templates look great and there's a lot of potential there.

Absolutely the worst support you will ever expect from any app
I bought Tier 3. The moment I got this app, I realized
a) I could not access my portal.
b) I could not manage my team
c) THEY DON'T HAVE EMAIL AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO CHATS.
When I got a response, the excuse was that it was midnight so they can't help.
If you're in the US and want to use this for business, save your money - or buy something else. This is terrible if it breaks. The company doesn't care.

To anyone who's looking for Client Portal, you come to the right place. I'm here to give you a review of 4 month experience with Superokay. First of I have bought two different client portal and I will not name them out of respect.
So lets start with Superokay is a client Portal. What's really amazing about this client Portal is everything I asked for, matter of fact this the 2nd "saas, app or project" that's TOO DAMN GOOD TO BE TRUE. Plutio which I wish I took highest tier and now Superokay.
Here is why it's amazing. Once you login you are in portal, with a view of folders. This is perfect for clients because everyone has computers or smartphone and its easy to see folder view as cards or list. But view as cards that makes it look like your using any folder in windows or Mac with easy UI is what makes Superokay excellent. You can upload any files, creat folders and so on and the client see it as that and they can upload it themself and even create forms. Another one that's my favourite is forms. Oh man this one is the selling point, so easy to create form with beautiful design. As a graphic designer UI is everything to me. Sadly it's a very basic form with no conditional logic. I hope they keep updating with forms because that's what I am waiting for. PLEASE ADD conditonal logic and more. If you want I can give you more advice.
I love everything they have here and Pages should have more option like one template updates all.
Other than the Forms with Conditional Logic I have nothing to say. LOVE IT! Buy it right away!

• Priorité au support client : La mise en place d’un service d’assistance réactif est indispensable pour répondre aux attentes des utilisateurs et rétablir leur confiance dans la plateforme.
• Résolution des problèmes actuels : Il est impératif de corriger en priorité les fonctionnalités existantes, notamment les notifications et les emails de connexion, avant de chercher à développer de nouvelles options.

Give SuperOkay all the tacos you got
SuperOkay was exactly what we were looking for. You can build a custom portal for your clients where you can share documents and other exclusive resources making any business look professional and brings a great value to our customers. This is a great tool to have no matter the industry you are in.
CONS:
1) There is a limit in Media Storage on this platform based on the Tier you are on. You don't and can't know how much storage you have used. This is quite wrong in our case. Transparency is always good to have and freedom to manage our storage is a must. You are driving blindly until you hit a wall. NOT COOL
2) Icons gallery. There is a wide range of icons you can choose from to customize your portal but Missing some key icons like birthday cake🎂, rocket launch🚀, etc. Also to find the icon you are looking for is to scroll through the whole list. It would be a lot easier to optimize the search feature by adding more related keywords to find the icons you look for. This would be a tremendous upgrade.
3) The customer support is almost inexistent. Seems like they are available on promotional occasions. I can't imagine the number of messages they receive but it just feels like this is a standalone kind of product. 🧑💻 💬
PROS:
1) There is a lot of room for improvements. The foundation seems solid and the team is open to receive ideas and suggestions on how to make SuperOkay better. We love to be part of the product developments.
2) There are many tasks on the roadmap for different use cases.
Suggestions: 🚀
1) Add a module for Image Carousel. This would allow users to showcase an share image gallery with customers right on the portal. We could share screenshots of project developments, photo previews (for photographs), etc.
2) Add a module for Graphs. This would allow our portal to look and feel like a Dashboard and share stats, or other related insights right from the portal.
