A: Hello!

By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.

Is Twilio the only option for SMS integration? Will you expand other SMS integration options in the future? Would like the ability to integrate VOIP Softphones in the future.

Q: It Is Hard to Setup

I saw others mentioning that setting it up is very difficult and technically challenging without guidance.

Is this true?

I'm interested in purchasing the reseller license, but I noticed that one of your team members replied to others' questions, mentioning that it's hard to set up without any support or guidance. However, another mentioned that setting up a SAAS is even more difficult compared to the reseller option.

So, my question is—Is it really that difficult to set up the reseller license? And is there truly no support or guidance provided?

A: Hi,

You do not have to set up the Reseller version as we do it for you. So it is not hard :)
The SAAS version installation is techinical, but it is not difficult.
