By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.
Is Twilio the only option for SMS integration? Will you expand other SMS integration options in the future? Would like the ability to integrate VOIP Softphones in the future.

You do not have to set up the Reseller version as we do it for you. So it is not hard :) The SAAS version installation is techinical, but it is not difficult.
Yes, such external services are more difficult to configure, but they are optional; the difficult part is not related to Support Board but to the creation of Meta and Google projects, getting approved by Meta and Google etc...You can hire us for that if needed. I have a chiropractic practice instead of a webshop, and need whatsapp client support. Can I provide the chatbot with additional information that I give to answer clients?
Would I be able to work for a fee for custom integrations - such as connecting via salesforce.com? And do you ever anticipate including voice in the future?
