Good CRM and Marketing Tool

5 Stars for Simple and Promising CRM with a Bright Future

I have tried many CRMs, ranging from complex and feature-rich ones to simple and straightforward options. However, I often felt either overwhelmed by their complexity or limited by restricted features. Some CRMs I tried were even abandoned, which almost made me lose faith in AppSumo products. Then, I came across SwipeOne, created by the SwipePages team—a deal I had missed earlier. This somehow rekindled my confidence, so I decided to go all-in with Tier 5 after adjusting to unlimited contacts.

I started using SwipeOne CRM alongside Klippy. While Klippy was simple and had amazing features, it felt restricted by limitations around emails and a few other functionalities. I constantly debated between using Klippy and SwipeOne. Ultimately, I found SwipeOne’s user interface to be very simple, clean, and intuitive, without any clutter. However, it did lack some essential features early on, such as pipelines, a dashboard, SMTP/Outlook integration, and WhatsApp integration. That said, SwipeOne has a promising roadmap for the future.

Like many others, I did notice that the SwipeOne team’s support could feel a little slow at times. Still, I appreciate their practical approach to handling customer feedback. Unlike other deals that overpromise and abandon development, the SwipeOne team has been transparent and realistic. From the beginning, they made it clear that offering overly generous limits would not be sustainable in the long run. While this honesty may have cost them some buyers, it increased my confidence in their commitment to creating a solid, long-term product.

Although I was initially concerned about the slow pace of development and the lack of proactive communication, recent updates have been promising. Features like SMTP/Outlook integrations, as well as demos of pipelines and WhatsApp integration, have been rolled out. These additions are simple yet intuitive and show that progress is being made.

Now, I am optimistic about the future of SwipeOne. I hope the team continues leveraging their unique strengths, expands upon their roadmap, and evolves into a major player in this segment. For now, I am giving 5 stars for the simplicity and usability of SwipeOne, along with the hope that they will continue to develop and deliver on their promises, similar to their success with Swipe Pages.

The direction is right

A very promising product. If they continue to invest and develop at the same pace, Swipe One will become a real star.
If they add even faster support and take into account the feedback received from customers, then I don't see why Swipe One couldn't be a new rising star in this segment.
In my case, I had problems with the automation to resend the email to those who haven't opened it. The AI ​​part was also buggy. Hence the 4 tacos.
