I have a website with users from different nationalities. Are the widget texts translated into German for German users, French for French users, and so on?
A: Yes, Tiny Chat works seamlessly with international visitors. You just need to add your languages on the 'Widget > Texts and Translations' page in your dashboard. The widget will automatically adapt to the visitor's browser language and select one from your list. You can also modify each translation directly from your dashboard.
A: The widget will not show anymore on your website when you reach the limit. I think this is the best to avoid users deception if they try to reach you on Tiny Chat and messages are not delivered.
Concerning this point we are also working to : * send you an alert on Slack when you have reached the limit * disable the widget, one day after the limit was reached. So you have time to finish...

What happens when the chat limit is reached, for the lower tiers? Does the widget get disabled, or do any further interactions with it get lost?
