I've been training my bot and when I went to test it, the following output began to stream, endlessly in the playground. I tried again and again - closing down the bot etc. I don't see a Help desk (ironically) in my account that I can access for guidance. Please advise:

Hi, I'm looking for a bot that can give comprehensive answers from websites and include images in the responses, to help explain concepts etc. Is this possoble or likely to be on the road map in the near future. Thanks

Oh. Actually its not nearly enough for plan 7 as most people who take higher plans are agency owners.. This limit will get utilized in 3-4 website's training data. The Unlimited chatbots wint make sense. Any plans to or possiblity to set a per chatbot limit?
We plan to introduce monthly add-on packs to increase character capacity. We can consider setting character limit per chatbot, would you mind telling us about your use case when setting character limit per chatbot? That would help us understand the motivation better and consider other details around it.

Yes, human agents can now take over the conversation, talk with the user on the other end and if needed eventually hand over the conversation back to AI.
