Ich habe den Abo-Code für 120 eingegeben und mir wurden nur 30 Minuten zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch in den Einstellungen wird, wie von Ihnen angegeben, weiterhin der kostenlose Plan angezeigt. Leider kann ich nicht mehr als 30 Minuten transkribieren.

Was kann ich tun, damit der Code wirklich freigeschaltet wird?

I've checked your website, and the "promotion" price has been on your site for over a year.🗓️

Nothing on your site says it is a limited-time promotion.
Prices presented for that long on any site become the new norm and expectation for that product.💯

Not being willing to make the Trebble match what you have on your website is a major letdown and red flag.🚩

I keep coming back here hoping that something will improve with this tool to justify the risk I see in investing in it, but it just gets worse and worse.😢

We need a visual view ie audio waveform along thee timeline,

so if we clicked on the waveform it would show the word in the transcript and if we clicked on a word in the transcript it would show the place on the waveform

and with the waveform being able to zoom in

then we could make precise cuts when there is a little discrepancy when editing using words

ie select part of waveform to cut out or choose words to cut out, both options available at the same time.

can you add this ?
