Overall great product, issues with tracking form submission & 6/10 heatmapping tool.
Been satisfied with onboarding process compared to other tools, I like it a lot.
The heatmapping tool has fairly bad tracking, and is a lot less easier for my clients to understand compared to something like HotJar.
I have yet to be able to get the form submission tracking to work, but that is likely because I've only spent an hour trying to set it up- I think I need to change the code on the forms or something.
But on all other departments this tool is great.

Heatmaps is the game changer
I love trueconversion - no more guessing game for me for tracking my funnel. Thankfully they came back in AS and managed to grab their limited LTD offering. Keep it up!

Okay tool very shady business practices
This is a okay tool. The company recently reached out to consumers of this product and pitched Rapidwave cold email software. Upon purchase of the software, I noticed a lot of features were missing, and it was very buggy regarding the AI. I requested a refund last week, and have gone back and forth with them over 10 times requesting a refund. First, they claimed they needed a receipt, knowing that they did not email a receipt to buyers of the software. SO then I emailed a screenshot of the charge from my bank. Every single email from them with regard to my refund I asked for last week was a pitch to get me to keep the software. DO yourself a favor and only do business with this company through Appsumo, otherwise you will get screwed over.
