We’re currently evaluating the Versabot plan that includes 5,000 phone minutes per month, and we were wondering what happens if we run out of those call minutes before the month ends. Specifically, is there an option to purchase additional minutes or upgrade the plan for more capacity?
Since we are looking into creating outbound campaigns, it’s important for us to know how we can handle this, especially during peak times.

Will this integrate with Zapier to something like Google Sheets or Slack where the bot can call leads directly from those applications?

With Tier 3+ can we create bots for clients? If so, can they have their own access or I would need to do their bot from within my dashboard?
