Q: Anonymize IP addresses, server location for EU clients, DPA
I bought 9 codes in May and before I install the code on my websites, I would like to ask whether it is already possible to anonymize IP addresses. As is the case with Google Analytics. Anonymizing IP addresses (e.g. by shortening the IP address) can help to meet data protection requirements because anonymized data is no longer considered personal data. I assume that this is not very difficult to implement from a purely technical perspective. It would be great if there was freedom of choice here.
The move to European servers already took place in August. Do I have to choose which server (USA, EU) I want to save my data on? I couldn't find anything about it in the backend.
As you evaluate the data of the website visitors on your servers, I assume that a data processing agreement (DPA) must be signed. Where can I download it?

2) For agency feature and to add a client, it seems like a client is added as a user, correct? If so, then number of clients are limited to 9 for 9 codes? What am I missing?
A: 1. This should be for all tiers 3 and above. I will email AppSumo support so it's not only showing for tier 3. It gives breakdowns of conversions by source, page, device, UTM and more. Essentially more data around conversion tracking. We'll be adding some other features for only tier 3 and above as well.
2. Yes, that is correct. Clients are counted as users

Q: Is there any way to change Vistor names?
Hi there, although currently simple in what it's reporting, seems promising. Is there any way to change the name of the name of the visitor if we know who it is or tag them? I ask because I'm cross-referencing with IP address on WooCommerce checkouts and would be helpful to show client the journey each purchaser took.
Q: More pageviews
Can I buy additional pageviews if needed? Hoa are they priced?
Q: Does 'visitor tracking' include a heatmap like on Hotjar?
I'm curious how much data your platform finds.

2. No need to choose. Everything is in EU now.
