A: Thanks for your question, Whirr is not currently HIPPA compliant as the cost to support the compliance work would 1) result in us needing to increase our prices to manage the extensive legal and compliance costs and 2) distract us from building features quickly for our core users. Q: Clarification on the Availability of Custom Domains

I am planning to purchase your product and inquired about custom domains. I was informed that this is possible. However, shortly before buying, I saw that another user learned that this feature is in Early Access and the domain limit has not yet been set.

Am I correct in understanding that custom domains may only be fully available at higher license levels? This would be disappointing since no restrictions were initially mentioned.

Could you please clarify at which license level custom domains will be fully available? How can I ensure that I have access to this feature in License Level 2 and that it will not be removed later?

A: Hi there,

All license tiers currently have access to at least one custom domain - although this isn’t technically included in the tier benefits listed since it’s in early access, we’re just throwing it in as a freebie. We have no plans to remove the feature.

The upper limit of how many domains per workspace is what we’re still figuring out based on usage data and use cases to offer the best...

Q: Are customer-side emails white labelled too?

When a customer submits a form, and receives an acknowledgement email, can that be sent from our custom business email address? Just the way we do in Wordrpress via SMTP.

A: Hey himan_hs, while Whirr doesn't currently have a built-in way to send customer facing emails - you can do this yourself and using your own existing setup / white-label domain via Zapier or Webhooks. Hope this helps!

A: Hey aviralx, we support custom domains for all plans while the feature is in early access - we haven't yet determined what the domain limit will be there. You can toggle Whirr branding off via the Settings > General tab in the editor. Hope this helps!

Q: Can't Delete Data

I have purchased the deal, but discovered there is no way to delete data/entries, I have contacted support via both chat and ticket but have no response its been about a week. So my question is this, is it possible to delete entries and data. There does not seem to be an option.

Good news, we've now added support for deleting form submissions, as well as bulk submission deletion via multi-select in the data table. Thanks for your suggestion to help improve Whirr!
