Can you please let us know what can the guests do? 1. Can they edit any document? 2. Can we create templates with areas that guest can edit so that guests can add their data and get finished documents?
A: Happy to clarify what guests can do in Xtensio: • Document Editing: Guests can fully edit any document they’re invited to, with no limit on how many folios they can be added to. However, unlike team members, guests cannot create new folios themselves. • Template Editing: While you can create templates for guests to fill out, Xtensio doesn’t currently support locking specific sections of a...
Hi! Just a few questions:What is the main difference between Tier 3 and Tier 4? Is this easily accessible and editable on mobile? Are the same features available on mobile and desktop? Would this be appropriate for single user/consulting/coaching/etc? Can data be collected from clients/customers? For example could this function as a survey or form? And could responses or user input be synced with database or Google sheets? Lastly, how long do you anticipate this deal on AppSumo will be available? Thank you!
A: Great questions! Let me break it down: 1. Difference Between Tier 3 and Tier 4: Besides white-label options (your logo on dashboard and editor) for a branded experience, Tier 4 includes 10 seats (vs. 4 in Tier 3), supports up to 15 custom domains (vs. 5), and offers unlimited guest access. Tier 4 is ideal for teams, consultancies or agencies needing more flexibility. 2. Mobile Accessibility:...
Just bought tier 3 to try this out, but I’m surprised to see that notes and comments don’t already exist. I see in your roadmap that it’s in development. Any idea when these features may be available? Also, any chance there would ever be a chat feature? I was hoping a tool like this might replace my current client portal solution as I like the design better but without a way of communicating back and forth with clients, I fear this is going to lead to a lot of emailing. Is there a workaround or something I’m missing. Aren’t these consider basic functions for a collaboration solution? Haven’t dived deep into the tool yet, but did watch the entire masterclass. I’m excited about the possibilities here.
A: Thanks for the question, and welcome to Tier 3! Notes and comments are in the works, and we’re aiming to roll them out by 2025.
For chat, we’re looking at integrating with existing platforms as a first step. If you have a specific chat tool in mind, let us know—We’d love to explore adding it to Xtensio to improve your experience.
Thanks for the feedback, and stay tuned for updates!
A: Yes, you can add finished Xtensio projects to your WordPress site in two ways:
Download and Upload: You can download your projects as PDFs or PNGs and then upload them to your WordPress site. This is a good option for static displays without interactive elements.
Embed Code: Alternatively, you can use an embed code, which reflects back to Xtensio. This option keeps your content interactive...
