I have tried contacting support multiple times, but had no luck. Zagomail was working perfectly, but now it no longer sends emails and shows an error when I try to send a test email to my address.

I tried to contact support many times but had no luck. The sw worked quite ok but now it doesn't send emails at all and shows an error when sending a test email to my address.

I have been trying to contact support for days, but there’s no response. It is no longer possible to send campaigns. When I send a test email, I see an error stating that it is impossible because the host cannot be reached. I have reported the issue, but they simply no longer respond.

I used to be happy with Zagomail since I purchased it in june 22. Whenever I needed support the team answered within short term. However, support has now been unavailable for about 3 weeks, campaigns are marked as “successfully delivered” but never arrive and the report shows 0 opens, 0 clicks. I'm worried whether the company still exists at all.

They do not answer the chat function and have not answered questions raised here about their product anymore..

Product Closure: A Product Closure occurs if Customers no longer have access to the applicable Product because the Partner ceases to offer it. For the purposes of We Got Your Back, the “Closure Date” is the day that AppSumo announces the closure of a Product on its applicable Product Detail Page.

Product Detail Page: The webpage on AppSumo where the Partner’s Product is sold and that provides information about the Product, including an overview of the Product, reviews, and announcements concerning the Product. AppSumo will post information concerning Product Closure and the applicable Closure Date on this webpage if the Product is no longer available for use.

Purchase Date: The date a Customer purchases a Product through the AppSumo Marketplace.
AppSumo Plus Customers may become eligible to receive store credit covering 100% of the purchase price of a Select Product in the event it shuts down within 12 months of the date of purchase. Non-Plus Customers may become eligible to receive store credit covering 50% of the purchase price in that event.

Eligible Customers: We Got Your Back protection is available only to Customers who notify AppSumo Support at support@appsumo.com within 30 days of the Closure Date of an applicable Product Closure. By doing so, you become an Eligible Customer with respect to the applicable Product Closure. (This is important, so please read on to understand terms like Product Closure and Closure Date.)
