Q: How does Live Chat work?

I am interested in buying three codes. I liked what I saw of the tool, but I did not find enough documentation on Live Chat. Basically, what I need is to have a Live Chat on my websites that can be attended 24/7 by two people (agents). Sorry for the comparison, but I need something exactly like support board, Crisp or charla. Is it possible with Anychat? Sorry if the text is not very coherent. I do not speak English and I must use Google Translate.

Q: white label

Hello,
I bought the 'Unlimited Agency' version, and the platform seems really good (I'm still testing it).

concerning the 'white label' part... how can I have it 100%?
for example, how can I change the default domain '.anychat.one' in the knowledge base settings (I've already configured my domain in the agency settings)?
How can I have a personalized signature + email when creating a new account (with password sent)?

Q: Can we resell Unlimited Agency?

I am assuming Unlimited Agency can be resold to our clients. Are there restrictions for this? Thanks.

Q: GDPR Issue...

I am a tier 3 purchaser however may have to return it if I don't get clarification on the GDPR notice in the widget.

Do you still collect "our" customers' data?
If not then how do we change this notice?
How is this whole GDPR thing handled when trying to resell Anychat?
I'm not interested in trying to compete with your pricing model.

A: Hello. We offer integrations with both OpenAI and OpenRouter. While OpenAI supports multiple languages, some models available through OpenRouter do not support Dutch. Therefore, for AI chat flows requiring Dutch, you can utilize OpenAI.
