Hi I became a member recently and asked a couple of questions here. I cannot find any documentation or proper training on the various functions of the tool for example the {ice breaker} placeholder I don't know if the tool creates the ice breaker using ai like other tools do or if I need a column in my CSV with an already pre-created ice breaker.
Is there some link with all the documentation and tutorials? You know to become a power user and understand all the features of the tool?

We donāt have a personalized Icebreaker feature, but if you specify the product you're selling and the target audience, you can click on the 'Create Email with AI' option, and it will generate an email template accordingly. 1- Yes, you can add unlimited contacts with tier 2 and 3. You can use it for newsletters. 2- You need to use your SMTP servers in order to send emails. We do not provide any SMTP.

I am sorry I don't quite actually understand then. 1. Unlimited email sending (What is it then? when I'm using my own SMTP server limits what's your tool will do then?) 2. Unlimited cold email sequences (what includes in it can we make a funnel kind of thing like follow ups etc? 3. Unlimited email validations per month (Does it means email verification because validation can be just syntax check)
4. Unlimited email inbox accounts (Means I can add my own or client's emails which can warm up) Your website is just a one pager, so information is mostly on 3D and how to get email engagement with making email look beautiful I mean.
Q: How accurate is the email verification? I use amazon ses which requires very low bounce rates (less then 2%)
