Everything from Bit Apps is simply fantastic! I previously bought Bitform (Agency) and what a beast it is!!! If you are looking for a form maker for your website that has everything you need and is lightweight. This is the one! Due to the very positive experience with Bit Form, I have now decided to purchase Bit Assist and I already know that I will certainly not regret it. Everything works easily, plug and play and that's it. Bit integrations are also now on our radar!

It works as intended, and compared to other similar products, their pricing is totally fair imo. I have not had any problems with it so far, which simply tells me that this is a 5/5 taco.

I’m truly impressed by the Bit Assist plugin and its extensive feature set. Having used Bit Integration before, I was already acquainted with their high-quality offerings. Incorporating Bit Assist into my toolkit has further enhanced my positive experience. It’s exciting to observe the continuous evolution and enhancement of these plugins, which often surpass user expectations.

missing features and overpriced in terms of limited website usage

This plugin is good but I have a few issues.

These guys obviously don't have great attention to detail. The form field placeholders are not dark enough and they're hard to see, the field pops back up after you fill it out, which are both poor accessibility ratings.

Also there are 0 included icons, and the icon upload feature doesn't even work right even if you follow size guide it still crops it and looks terrible. fix these issues.

⚠️Sometimes I notice the built in contact form has sending errors so I disabled this plugin⚠️

Finally, it's just too expensive! Really?

For $50 I'm only getting 5 websites, not even 10? Not cool! This limit may cause me to refund completely.

I'm genuinely impressed with the Bit Assist plugin and its comprehensive range of features. Having previously used Bit Integration, I was already familiar with the high standards of their offerings. Adding Bit Assist to my toolkit has only reinforced my positive experience. It's thrilling to witness the consistent evolution and improvement of these plugins. Their progress not only meets but often exceeds user expectations.

The killer feature that this plugin is missing would be the ability to connect it to openAI API. so I would have trained a GPT to reply to frequently asked questions. I hope that this feature will arrive soon like all other great features in Bit Apps.
