We have found Bit Assist to be fast and very easy to manage and updating any info is as easy as it gets!

Customers can see the "chat icon" with a simple icon that you can add your logo to, CTA message popup, change colors, set Chat icon location and even add a small animation and more!

Customers can easily be directed to things like your social channels, phone, email and FAQ's at a quick click (Bit Assist should really save you from the easy and common customer support burdens.)

For advanced uses you can setup an IFRAME embed (by adding the URL only), display Bit Assist on certain URL pages and even including an embed code to easily embed Bit Assist on external websites too!

If you haven't tried Bit Assist you simply need to - it should only take around 15 minutes to get working, try it right now, it will not be on Appsumo forever!

I purchased all the plugins from Bitapps, including Bit Integration, Bit Social, Bit Form. And now Bit Assist. All of them are wonderful with plenty rich of features. This plugin helps to connect with visitors and customers using all channels, from Messenger, Whatsapp, Instagram etc. It is super handy, easy to install and fast. Multi-language support is a plus.

All in all, another great plugin in the Bit family.

Getting questions answered fast means people actually stick around to buy. Love it!

Cons (-):
Analytics Could Be Better: The analytics are pretty basic. I’d love more insight into which channel gets the most traffic, peak hours, and popular topics. This would help me make my support even better.

Lacks Message Filtering: In my store, I get lots of questions, and it would be amazing if I could filter them by keywords or topics. Right now, it takes a bit of digging to find specific messages, which can slow things down.

Setting Up Multi-Site Feels Tedious: I use this on multiple sites, and I wish I could just clone my settings. Setting up the widget from scratch for each site feels like extra work.

Wishlist:
Advanced Analytics: It’d be awesome to have deeper reports to see how I’m doing and what customers are asking for.
Better Notification Options: If there were notifications for unanswered messages after a certain time, that’d be a lifesaver for staying on top of support!
All in all, Bit Assist is an awesome tool that has already made a huge difference for me. It’s easy, professional, and my customers love the quick contact options. If the team can add a few more features, it would be just perfect!

The truth is that this plugin is better than I expected, a simple way to integrate several platforms into one, with relationships and connections in a simple way.

Everything from Bit Apps is simply fantastic! I previously bought Bitform (Agency) and what a beast it is!!! If you are looking for a form maker for your website that has everything you need and is lightweight. This is the one! Due to the very positive experience with Bit Form, I have now decided to purchase Bit Assist and I already know that I will certainly not regret it. Everything works easily, plug and play and that's it. Bit integrations are also now on our radar!
