I am a bit confused about the action flow of making replies. For example, when I add a reply to a facebook comment, is that going from my facebook account ? Do I first set up and connect my accounts in the biz reply dashboard. How does that part work ?
Fundamentally, how BizReply works is we help you find relevant social media posts based on your given 'keywords' and then help you generate AI replies for those posts (you can put custom prompts)
Users do not need connect your Facebook account on our tool. For posting the replies, users have to copy the reply and manually reply to those posts.
I know in other answers you said you do not scrape groups. However, I use an app called Devi that scrapes Facebook groups that I’m a member of for my selected keywords. If you plan on offering this, then it’s a done deal and I’m purchasing. Thanks!
Facebook groups are a bit complex but we are currently doing R&D and also on our roadmap. Currently, the plan so far is to implement scraping public facebook groups properly as private groups is only visible to its members. We have a few priority features in this quarter and hope to have something for this by the end of this quarter.

Does your platform track specific keywords for LinkedIn jobs that are created and does it notify us via an alert when a post is created so we can take the first-mover advantage? Please let me know any other job portals/platforms you have integrated in your platform.
For Linkedin we only focus on tracking posts, and no job posts are tracked. Although there seems to be an interesting case for this feature and passing it to the team if we can get this implemented! Thanks!

To generate the replies, please click on the 'Generate Reply' under each post. Make sure your API key is added and you can also customize your prompt for the replies on the 'Custom Prompts' section!

Correct! The current process is to basically generate the reply for our system and then copy-paste (with customization if you want) on the original post.
We intentionally avoided the auto reply posting feature, as this involves risks of accounts getting banned.

When I click "Generate Reply" I receive this message: "Please Add Your AI Key To Generate Replies" and then there's a "Go to Mention Settings" button, and when I click that button, I click the "Global Mention Settings" button to select a language model, then I have to enter an AI Key. I am not at all techie and I'm totally lost by this setup.

Q: Restrict search and listing of mentions to chosen language.

Bizreply looks great.
On several video reviews the system listed posts in all kinds of languages even though a specific language was set. If I understood you well, these listed mentions do count against our amount of one-time mentions. How can we make shure, only the chosen language posts get listed, and only the best matching ones.
We have an 'advanced settings' & 'global settings' option in the system to minimize the amount of irrelevant soecific to you. Our system by default brings the best matching (lot of unseen filters involved) & english posts, if you want different language you would need to configure it!
