Q: Can we edit the template before adding the recievers information?
I need to edit my templates, but I have to add the recipient's email and role first. Is there a way to change the process so that I can use drag-and-drop editing before adding any personal information? I want to review and make corrections before attempting to send anything out.
When editing a template, you don’t have to change the existing role or email address if it’s already set. However, if you’re generating a new envelope from a saved template and need to make edits, you will need to input the recipient’s email address. Can we share a link to the requested signing document through email? Sometimes clients don't find the signature request or it goes to the spam folder.
