Why haven't the transcription limits been updated in 2 months? It doesn't look like the service is improving. It looks like your service is not providing the paid service. You are not responding to emails. I am wondering where my 600 monthly transcription minutes are. They have not been updated in Dashboard for 2 months. When will the limits in my account be updated?
A: Hello N.A.K, Could you please share your email to support@chatscribe.pro? Unfortunately, both unmixr ai and chatscribe pro have this credit issue. We fixed it but doing some data patch for unmixr ai this week. Then we will do the same for chatscribe pro. Regarding updates, we have implemented AI Chatbot, Doc Translation, GPT translation and enhanced the doc chat, transcription and collection...
In terms of PDF chat, can I use the LLM models to then ask more questions linked to Google from the PDF or do the LLM models not have the ability to access Google?
A: Currently, it does not have access to Google. However, we have chatbot in Unmixr AI which can do that. Chatscribe pro - this developments are in progress and will be deployed in few weeks time.

Were looking for a tool to summarise Zoom and Teams calls. From what I understand Chatscribe doesnt do this yet - but its on the roadmap, Do you have an ETA for this feature?
Limits have not been updated for a month now. The transcription is not working. I see this happening with other users as well. You stopped updating limits 2 months after a transaction on Appsumo. Do you have an explanation for that? Tech support isn't responding. When will this be resolved? When will the limits be updated and the service will be revived? Thank you.

Unfortunately, transcription is down. This is because the last time my limits were updated was in early July. From August 7 to today on Dashboard, my Transcription Minutes balance has 0. Emails to your tech support do not change anything. Tech support doesn't answer and Dashboard shows 0. Why didn't I get 600 transcription minutes in August? Why is there no monthly limit update?
