Hi, I am looking at Tier5 or 6 but I use Thrive Cart Pro for my selling. Is this integration included in terms of a sale can let you assign a tag, add the person as a subscriber etc? Does the lack of event tracking just mean that the precise product details are not passed over. At the original time of purchase can I choose to assign different tags based on which product the person is buying. So if I only sell 20 or 30 products then assigning a unique tag for each product at time of purchase would get around the lack of event tracking. Just trying to decide between this and moving forward with Kit. Thanks, Dale.
Yes—ThriveCart Pro works with Encharge, including on LTD plans like Tier 5 or 6. The integration is set up from the ThriveCart side and allows you to:
• Add a person as a subscriber at the time of purchase • Assign tags based on the product they purchased • Trigger automations in Encharge based on those tags
So yes, your workaround is solid: if you assign a unique tag for each...
Alternatively as we are just finishing building the site and business we could use WooCommerce and not go ahead with Thrive Cart. I have used WooCommerce for approx 14 years I think but it has a lot of pains & is getting more complex to maintain. We are keeping one site with Woo but I had decided not use it on new sites. However your Woocommerce integration is by the sound of it effectively giving
Totally hear you. If Woo’s a pain and ThriveCart fits your flow better, no need to switch. Encharge works fine with ThriveCart via their native setup—even on LTD. If you ever do go with WooCommerce, just note: it’s only included on Tier 6 for 2025 LTD. Either path works, just depends what’s simpler for you to maintain.
Q: Extremely slow development Concern
I am using encharge since 2021. While I liked the app initially, but development was extremely slow always since old appsumo campaign. I believe there was one person team only who used to do everything, that made development too slow. Thats not how you make great product. Old management did not care about customer feature voting request. By now encharge should have released 3 times features than initial product release.
Do you have a new development roadmap? Specially 3 months or 6 months plan?
We buy half done product at the beginning with heavy discounted price hoping this product will be developed and mature within a few years. But so far its very disappointing.
I want to upgrade to tier 6, but I have no confidence on team. Hope you guys will have atleast 3 to 4 devs in the team.
A: Hey AAAA — really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Totally hear you on the frustration. You're not alone in feeling let down by the slow pace of development over the past few years.
Encharge was indeed mostly built and run by a very small team during the original LTD campaign. That came with strengths (tight focus, clean product) but also serious tradeoffs — especially when it...
Appreciate the thoughtful question! And yep, we hear you—an annual plan with a locked renewal rate can be super appealing for predictable growth.
While this AppSumo campaign is focused on lifetime deals, we do also offer yearly and monthly plans on our site for folks who prefer the flexibility of a traditional subscription. The yearly option includes a 20% discount compared to...
Hello I have 3 questions: 1. Can you share more details about the WooCommerce integration? What are the triggers, conditions, etc that can be used? 2. Is it possible to easily send automated WhatsApp transactional messages for an e-commerce store with Encharge? 3. Do you plan to integrate with Shopify?
A: Hey there soyoo.re 🙌 Thanks for the thoughtful questions! Let’s break it down:
1. WooCommerce Integration — what’s included? WooCommerce is available only on Tier 6 for the 2025 AppSumo campaign. It’s a native integration, not just webhooks or Zapier. Once connected, you can use: • Triggers like “Order Created” and “Order Completed” • Conditions based on product name, price, and customer...
Thank you do you accept incoming webhooks to trigger workflows? If yes is there a reason why you mention that people use Shopify webhook -> Make -> Encharge and not just Shopify webhook -> Encharge?
Hey! Yep — Encharge does support incoming webhooks directly 🙌 We mentioned Make/Zapier just because they’re easier for most folks to use with Shopify. But if you're comfortable sending raw webhooks from Shopify, go for it! Just include an email or user ID so we can match the contact ✅
will woocommerce integration have a trigger for certain -products- purchased and the order status of those products (pending, completed, etc)? We use bitintegrations to great effect presently and they allow for very granular triggers with woocommerce. Will encharge stop at "order created" or will the triggers be more granular? thank you
Q: No event-based, no API , no transactional email?
I’ll be using tier 5-6 until I’ve read all the questions here.
1. Not everyone uses WooCommerce, so it’s not relevant to me and many others. 2. No Event-based segmentation makes this deal a joke. It makes Encharge different from the alternative products. 3. Limiting contacts with unlimited emails seems unreasonable. Who would send 1,000,000 emails to 25,000 or 50,000 subscribers?
Limiting email sending would make much more sense and consume less infrastructure costs. This limitation alone makes people look for other options.
4. There’s no transactional email, which makes Encharge different. It’s just a fancy drag-and-drop email tool.
The 2025 deal is not attractive to new customers at all. It lost a huge opportunity to gain new traction and customers to spread the word about Encharge.
First off, really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed thoughts — even the tough ones. Totally fair to raise these concerns, especially if you’ve been following along closely. Let me walk through each point transparently and from the lens of someone who also bought a Tier 5 license back in 2021 before becoming an owner of Encharge.
Thanks. Brevo offers 100,000 contacts with full-blown automation and SMTP for free. However, without event-based segmentation and with a poor limitation, it’s hard to justify investment.
Totally fair points 🙏 This 2025 deal isn’t trying to be a “2021 repeat” — it’s a more sustainable version with core automation features, unlimited sending (w/ contact caps), and clean workflows. Event-based stuff + transactional email are Premium-only now, but what you do get at a one-time price is still powerful for serious use cases. Appreciate you keeping it honest! 🙌
