Q: Am I right that Drip Content and Zapier Integration are not included in any plan?
If I'm reading this right, even if I purchase Tier 6, I still won't get the ability to drip content, use Zapier, add multiple channel communities or create certificates unless I purchase the Scale Add-on, which is $50 a month.
I just want to clarify because on your website the Scale Plan is $119/month with 0% sales commission. So after purchasing the Tier 6 plan I'd still have to pay $79 ($50 + $29) per month to equal the Scale Plan, which is only a savings of $40 per month. And if you add in the Tier 6 cost ($294) and amortize it over one year, that brings it to $104, which means for the first year I'm only saving $15 per month versus your top plan purchased on your website.
I appreciate you taking the time to run numbers for the optional upgrades available for lifetime deal customers of Forento. Your math has a few flaws; the actual price for these features is a lot cheaper than what you came up with. I'm happy to advise on how to best get set up, to get as much access as possible, for as little as possible.

Since you can't assign products to customers, you can't sell individual courses. And the fact that you can't give them a certificate of completion is just ridiculous. Unfortunately I'll be refunding this.

Yes, you can sell individual courses (or other products, like digital downloads or sessions) without any limitation. Products can be sold individually, in bundles, or as subscription memberships (monthly or annually).

Thanks Adrian for your reply. I'm not bothered about certificates, all I want is to offer courses. I'm an individual and I will be only having 1-2 courses for the next six months. If I can't sell an individual course, then the product is of no use to me. So, I'll go ahead with the basic LTD plan first if you confirm again that selling individual courses (up to 2) for rest of year is not a problem.

Yes, you can invite people to sign up for your academy in bulk. There's an "Invite users" feature where you can upload a CSV with email addresses, and an invite will be sent to them inviting them to sign up. The email itself can be customized with HTML so that it fits your brand and style.
Tier 2 allows you to create a landing page for your academy and set up proper funnels, with full creative freedom. Unfortunately, the PayPal & Stripe checkouts do not have any upsell or downsell functionality as of now though.
