Q: share license between devices?

Hi, you wrote somewhere "One account only allows you to run one simultaneous session. To run multiple sessions at once, you'll need to have multiple accounts/licenses."
Is it possible to share one license between 1st mobile (works between 8-12) and desktop (works between 12-14) and 2nd mobile device (works between 20-22)?

A: Thanks for the question! Yes, as long as you aren't trying to run sessions simultaneously (which your plan shows you would not be doing) this should work fine with one license.

Q: shipping more languages to Android App

hi Hedy team,
I heard you already launched desktop version and more langiages including arabic is part of it. Can you please ship these additional languages to Android too ahead of launching the Windows version? Mobile Apps are so far our main tools for using Hedy licenses and we appreciate to get these languages shipped to them as soon as tested such as arabic..

A: Thanks for the question! Unfortunately the quality of the transcripts in those languages are not good enough yet when running them on the mobile apps. We hope to include them when the transcription models become better!

Q: Use cases

Hi there! others may have asked a similar question here, but I'd like to get things in order please.
My use cases for the app would be:
1. phone calls (via android device)
2. virtual meetings (via windows 11 desktop)

For both of these, I need the app to work:
3. directly on the device I'm currently using - either the android or the desktop - WITHOUT having to use a second device for recording / listening.
4. In phone calls - when headphones (that has a built-in mic) are plugged into the device.
5. In virtual meetings - when headphones + mic (either external or webcam mic) are plugged into the device.

The app looks great, but it must tick all these 5 boxes for me to be able to actually utilize it.

Let me know if these are currently possible, and if no - will it be possible in near future?

Capturing audio from calls and other apps on your phone isn't possible unfortunately. Phone manufacturers prohibits that due to privacy reasons, and this is unlikely to change.

As far as virtual meetings on PC with headphones, this will be possible when we release the native PC app in the coming months.

My wife uses the app on iPhone and it won't load at all since the 2.0 launch it just crashes even after reinstall etc. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Julian, recently I lost my phone and now I am using a Smartphone with a Google-free Android (Volla OS). Would it be possible to place your product in the F-Droid store? Will it work without using Google services?
