Q: Does Gmail Integration work with Safari, Firefox or Edge Browsers
I have a couple of team members who use Safari, Firefox and Edge browsers. Yes I could require them to use Chrome, but I'd prefer not make people use a non-preferred browser on their personal devices.
Does your platform support integrations with appointment booking tools like Calendly or others, where booked appointments automatically create a new contact or deal in the pipeline? Specifically, I’m looking for functionality that:
Automatically adds the person who booked an appointment as a contact or lead. Links any relevant information from the booking (e.g., date, time, notes) to the contact/deal record. Supports custom fields or tags to organize leads as they are added. If this is not currently available, are there any workarounds or plans to support such integrations in the future? Additionally, do you support native integrations, or would third-party tools like Zapier be required to achieve this workflow?
A: Hey the booking integration is actually in progress (I also needed Cal.com integration for myself). You can check our upcoming features in https://roadmap.klipycrm.com.
A: Unfortunately we don't have this at the moment - but it is definitely an interesting case.
I believe we could set up something so that klipy only processes emails in specific folder/label to prevent it from trying to process everything. what do you think?
I like the idea of Klipy only processing emails in specific folder/label. This would allow me to "tag" emails as they arrive and cherrypick what is processed. One thing I do not like with Hubspot's Gmail integration is that it pulls everything including newsletters and marketing emails.
Q: smtp
I am really interested in this deal but I need smtp. I can add leads via API, right?

Q: I know telephony is not in your current roadmap, but will it work with 3rd party integration?
How can we integrate cold calling in Klipy? Will it work with a 3rd party integration via Zapier or Make?

Can I designate from Gmail dashboard, what emails are transferred to Killy ,
Will Killy just transfer only email with a specified label.
My inbox can get quite cluttered

Ok. A workaround could be to forward emails to a different Gmail account that is dedicated to crm
