Q: When it says 10, 25, 150 keywords etc, what does that mean?

On Tier 1 as you can have 5 location does that mean you can track 10 keywords for each business or is it just 10 keywords over the 5 businesses? Then for Tier 2 for example and it says 25 keywords, does that mean that you can track 25 keywords for each of the 10 locations?
