Q: hey, the lifetime plan includes integration for zapier?

i just signed up for the free trial and i do have the integration to Zapier. I would also like to know how much it will cost to add a new user on the platform.
I would like to get more info about the white label option.

I recently tried out your software and am considering the Lifetime Deal on AppSumo. I just have a couple of important questions about the future of ManyContacts:

Will the (unofficial) WhatsApp integration continue to be part of ManyContacts? I'd like to avoid any additional costs for WhatsApp, as I'm currently using it for free to handle conversations.

Is it possible to create contacts with custom fields and use them to personalize messages? For instance, sending a message like: "Hello {{First_Name}}, it was great talking about {{Topic}} with you!"

Q: Service without Warranty

Service without Warranty
unfortunately does not reflect the reality of what I have experienced. I have contacted countless times on the WhatsApp number you provide and only receive automated responses with no real support. Clearly my messages are seen, but they ignore them without offering any solutions.

I understand there is a 60 day return policy, but one of the licenses I purchased stopped working after only one month, and I have been unable to use the product for almost a year. I don't expect a refund at this point, once the time limit has passed, but I was at least expecting genuine support or a solution.

What solution can currently be offered for a defective product?

Q: integração com Mail (microsoft)

Uso mail da empresa (office 365) dá para integrar os mails recebidos e enviados no CRM? por exemplo envio de propostas e respostas dos cliente? Outro ponto dá para registar o resumo de chamadas realizadas? Posso importar a minha lista de clientes (3000) para dentro do CRM?
Ultima questão tenho 4 usuários, tenho que comprar 2 códigos?
