Q: Is the error Page Not Found, middleware 2 something that will go away?
I set up my cnames fr,en,es, and they are pointing to you. I hit - http://fr.entrepreneurtoolkit.club/ - and I get the error instead of my page. It's OK, because I have the language selector on my page (which I'm going to have to restyle) .. but just curious.
So far, so good.. a couple of the transactions have been a little weird, but I'm pretty happy!

Unfortunately, stacking multiple Tier 5 licenses won’t automatically upgrade your account to Tier 7. Each Tier on AppSumo is a standalone license with its own limits — combining them doesn’t grant the benefits of a higher Tier like Tier 7.

Can i automate this, so it translates a couple of specific webpages? So after the set up i don't have anything to do with it? If I delete pages do i get the translations limitation back? Whats the monthly credit for?

Q: If I got tier 5 and bought two more, would that mean I have tier 7 now?
I would like that so if I can get some help because I got 5 but want everything in 7 without having to pay for everything again
