For the past 3 weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of integrating SiteBehavior into three distinct websites, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations! The ease of setup and the valuable analytics it provides have truly stood out to me. I really like how well the product is working.
However, I did notice that it lacks some features that would be useful for me, particularly regarding URL parameters not being available on session replay. I believe that adding more flexibility for marketers would enhance the overall experience. The session replay feature works quite well compared to other tools I have tested in the past.
Shortly after purchasing the product, I encountered a minor issue activating my account, but it was fixed quickly by the support team! I really appreciate their effort. Great concept with caveats
First, I really liked the presentation until I realized there were discrepancies with Google Analytics.
About 10-20% of visitors do not register in Sitebehavior, I tried to discuss with support but I failed getting an answer (missing visitors are my fault, tight?)
Finally the tool recommend to use WPCode... and if you don't buy the Pro version every update show naughty ads on the top left site of your pages... nice. SiteBehavior needs a WordPress plugin (I couldn't find one).
I refunded and went back to my "old" tool.

- Visitor counts may differ from Google Analytics because SiteBehaviour aggressively filters out bots and crawlers, including Google bots. You can check our “Excluded Bots” tab to see what's filtered out.

I have used StatCounter's free version for over 14 years, and it provided me with basic information, but I remained uninformed unless I upgraded. Google analytics was just too complex for me to manage. I looked at the other website counters, and this one seemed like the best fit to handle unlimited domains. It has a nice interface. I like the feedback widget; it doesn't conflict with other chat widgets on my webpage, which might suggest improvements I can make to each page. Great Google Analytics Alternative
