if i buy through appsumo is there an additional cost to connect my shopify store with your shopifty integration??? because when i found your app on the shopify app store it was showing a monthly cost for a number of messages..

I hope that doesnt apply to the appsumo lifetime customers

Hello, I think Support Board is great! Before making a purchase, I’d like to ask a few questions. When it mentions 'up to 3 agents,' does that mean I can only assign three team members in WordPress per license?

Q: Automation

I would like to set up the Chat, so it pops up with "How can I help you?" and then with 5 buttons of options, that they then click and get transferred to another page or get the link for the appropriate page? Is that possible? It doesn't seem overly intuitive.
