Hello – I tried using the contact form (no response) and even called the number on your homepage (no follow-up after speaking with AI agent).
How do I eliminate this issue (upon calling the AI agent, I get this notice):
"The toll-free number you have dialed is not free of charged from your current location. If you choose to continue to call, you will be charged at international direct call rate. If you don't wish to pay, please hang up now."
The AI agent mentioned that the "Self-Service" feature can help, but I cannot find any information about it. Please note that I'm not based in the US, like many other LTD users.
A solution to this issue will determine whether I should purchase this deal full stack.

Currently, Twilio is our sole provider. We're developing SIP trunking support to let you bring any SIP-compatible number, but this won't be ready until after March.
Let me know which country you're in - I might be able to suggest some workarounds in the meantime.
Q: Does Thoughtly support variables?
Is there an option to personalize the call, for example, greeting the person by name, mentioning their business, or referencing their website etc?
