Q: What is user?

Is user equal to device? so 10 users mean I can control or support up to 10 devices?

Example use case: can I assign one user for one staff to support 20 client's computers? or to support up to 20 client's computer I need 20 users license?

A: A user is a user, i.e. a person who can register up to two devices at the same time.
In order to be able to offer support for 20 users, a total of 21 user licenses are therefore required: 1 license for the supporter and 20 licenses for the 20 users to be supported.

Q: Link to my other computer?

I currently use TeamViewer to open up my home PC when I'm traveling (which is a lot), and I can log in anytime. Does ViewFlip give me the same access?

A: Hello there,
lag and latency are always dependent on the internet connection between you and the recipient. If you are in the same office you will have a near-realtime experience, whereas if your recipient is on the other side of the world you can expect latencies of 0.2s to 0.5s, which is still feasible for real time collaboration.

We are using an adaptive framerate. Since you are mostly...

Q: Splashtop alternative?

Hi was wondering if I could use viewflip as an alternative to splashtop for remote working? And how reliable it is?

A: In contrast to Splashtop, viewflip focuses on direct 1:1 collaboration and 1:1 support from people. Therefore, viewflip is currently not designed for unaccompanied remote maintenance, but offers the possibility to work together at the window level.
In addition, viewflip includes skill matching so that experts for the respective shared programs are displayed.
