Does that mean I can place it on my client sites and they can have 1 agent to their site possibly access only to their portal - I guess

Q: Can all users/agents see all conversations from all websites where Charla is installed?

Hello,
Im planning to have different agents/seats and have some questions:
1: Can all users/agents see all conversations from all websites where Charla is installed? Or can I make restrictions to this?
2: Can I make some restrictions to ensure conversations are not deleted ect.?
3: In your roadmap I see you plan to give the option to book a meeting from the chat/conversation - Will this work with Calendly?
4: For the notifications via app: Will I get notifications from all websites and easely see what wbsite the customer are comming/writing from?
5: I can control when the chat widget is visible at each website, correct?
6: Do you plan to integrate video replies?

Q: Goes blank

I have set up an automation, but when I click on one of the "answers" in the sample bot, it all goes blank.... Not sure what I am doing wrong?

And wondering if I can add in to any website that allows for <script> in the header or footer area.
