How do I add Shopify?

I added my Shopify email to my account but when I went to link the account it said the email already existed.

I deleted the email and tried again and it still says the email already exist.

Q: Multi variable ranked analysis

I have about two strategies available for user to review and select. I would load each with a description and I want the chat to respond with 1 or 3 or 5 strategies to select from based upon their input, whether via inquiry or by user selected from a check box list. The results would be ranked by the best, most viable strategy first.

For example, they would say, or use a checklist, would ask the client questions, then present a list of mental models for evaluation - directly tailored to their need.

Can you do this?

Q: Do you have white label solutions for agencies?

Do you have a plan for agencies to white label the chatbots and custom create pricing and plan offerings to their clients? Or is it only specific to the users business who have purchased the license.

A: Hello, We do have a whitelabel solution available on our website. The agency plans run within our affiliate program. The customer price however is preset along with the plan.

A: Hello, I'm not completely familiar with them but I checked their website. We dont offer any limitation on the number of conversations, help desk is included free of charges as well. We also have WhatsApp + Messenger integration, haven't see those on CX Genie. A lot of limitations on the different tiers as well.
