@AppSumo - Has this company folded?? We need to know to ensure we export our KB. I'm sure other people are concerned at the lack of response from their helpdesk, email and chat. Also there is NO roadmap from not on - it's totally blank. Please advise

Starting to look like it was a money-grab. So glad I got a refund after using for a few days several months ago. Their support threw me so many red flags...

I am trying to understand if there is a template for my usecase which is to collect leads (email, phone, location, etc) and a simple knowledge base on my PDFs using openai LLm. This chatbot needs to be deployed on website and whatsapp number. please let me know if this is doable.
I bought the offer and thought it was a return, since I saw many old reviews. But after needing support, sending a message here and being completely ignored, I believe Simplebase is no longer around.
100%! Almost a week has gone by and I have yet to get a reply to my multiple requests for help. The shameful part is the they don't even have the decency to send an acknowledgement that says "we've received your submission and will get back to you in X time frame.
Thankfully, AppSumo has a pretty liberal return policy for Plus Members.
I encouraged AppSumo to reach out to SimpleBase as they were not being responsive to questions, so I'm sorry to see they have not bothered to engage with us further. Very disappointing as a purchaser who initially had plans to use their platform for a new website being planned.

I've already set up the domain and checked my email, and everything is fine, but I can't get the messages to arrive in my inbox. They always end up in spam, and it takes a long time for them to arrive after I send them via SimpleBase.
