Q: I want to ask about stacking more codes and other questions.

Currently, I have 3 codes stacked, but I would like to reach 1.5TB or 2TB. My question is, could I buy and stack 3 new codes?
When will the Spanish language be available on the page that the person who wants to download or send me files sees? And finally, when will the option to protect a download with a password be available? Currently, anyone with the download link can download the files, but it is often necessary to have additional security options, such as a password for access, both for downloading and sending files.
Thank you.

A: Hi jt!

No Folders, just transfers (similar to weTransfer). However we're thinking of brining the folder concept into Sinosend sometime in the future.. The reason why we did not build it out, is that we're not a long term storage service or a replacement for Google Drive or Dropbox, but rather a file transfer service. Our goal is to make sure your transfers reach their clients/vendors and they...

Q: pre purcahse questions

Hi I have a couple of questions...
1) Can the 'request extension' be deactivated so the client doesn't see this an option?
2) the Send and receive up to 25GB in tier Pro plan - is that 'per transfer'?
3) How do i receive the notification of download?
thank you

A: Hi

1) Request Extension cannot be turned toggled, when you the owner receives a request, you may simply ignore it --- In the future we will create an option for deactivating 'request extension'.
2) Yes the 25GB is per file transfer.
3) When your recipient downloads a file (not previews) you will receive an email notification and in the dashboard.

Thanks

Q: Safety

I generally love your product-- in fact, I bought 2 full 3 code stacks. But my issue is that being in Hong Kong (China), there are inherent risks associated when it comes to the CIA triad (confidentiality, integrity, availability) for your international clients. With particular regard to confidentiality and integrity-- China's 2017 Data Security Law means that any data has to be disclosed upon request to Chinese authorities. As it stands, I would only use Sinosend for non-sensitive data. But in so doing, it defeats most of the use cases I personally have for this program.

So what are you doing to protect the interests and rights of your international clients? Just saying that you have a server in London (which I don't believe you can exclusively select, nor are there any guarantees that it is stovepiped/firewalled) is insufficient.

A: Great question, here is some background:

Sinosend was originally developed to solve the challenges of transferring large files securely between Hong Kong and Mainland China—hence the “Sino” in our name. Small businesses and larger enterprises struggled to send files across borders efficiently, and we provided a solution to address this specific pain point.

Since then, we’ve grown into a...
