Q: Disable email reminders for myself, leave them enabled for my clients

I want my clients to get email reminders about bookings, but I do not need them for myself. It used to be that the reminders only went to clients, but now they seem to be coming to me also. There is way too much clutter coming to my inbox as it is. How can I disable email reminders for myself but leave them enabled for my clients?

Well, we do not have exactly a widget; however, you may embed your booking types directly on your webpage and get bookings from there!๐Ÿ˜Š It is pretty great feature and it works very well!

Q: Google Calendar Integration

Hello.
I would like to know if the integration with Google Calendar is updated in both directions.

Let me explain, if I use one of the time slots manually in Google Calendar, would Tidycal block that slot in the events that are available?

Thank you for your question!

Yes, the integration goes both ways between TidyCal and Google Calendar, and if you update your Google Calendar with an event (which has to be labeled "busy"), TidyCal will block that slot and make it unavailable! ๐Ÿ˜Š

In case this is not happening, you will want to redo the integration, making sure you allow all permissions to the TidyCal to read,...

Q: Ability to upload a file during the meeting booking process?

I don't believe this feature exists (yet), but it would be super helpful if we could allow visitors to upload a file during their booking process. We are using your questions feature and asking several pre-meeting questions, but we would also like visitors to be able to send us some content prior to the meeting. Thanks!

Q: Users doesn't receive confirmation emails

Hello,
I have a problem with my Tidycal : my users doesn't receive a confirmation email after booking. They just receive remainder email or confirmation email when rescheduling but not at the initial booking. Can you explain me why ?

Thank you for your email and your question.

Only you will be receiving TidyCal invites, and your clients will receive invites from you directly.
Coming from the address of your primary calendar.
This is made on purpose like this, so the email booking confirmation for your clients comes from you directly and not from TidyCal.

Only in the event people don't have their email...
