If we add our internal team plus a client to a team, is there any way to hide the internal team member details from what the client sees under team settings?
We have an older plan. Current plans are very different on featureset. TidyCal says see AppSumo to upgrade. AppSumo says no upgrade since we got our plan through AppSumo Pro/Plus. I had no response to followup asking if we get new plan, what happens next? Do I need to use a different email account for the new plan? Will getting a new plan over-write the existing plan if I use the same email account? Can you please clarify the steps, consequences, chain of events, or whatever?
The Tier 1/Individual plan, and your TidyCal "Plus" freebie plan are identical. There's no difference on the feature set. They are exactly the same.
The only difference is we *added* a new plan (Tier 2) specifically designed for agencies/teams. Unfortunately, because of restrictions on deal setup/licensing, the Plus freebie cannot be upgraded to Tier 2 (where as the...
Q: Group polls - Feature Request: Auto-generate the Voting Date/times w/ranges & parameters ala the booking function
As a family project manager/cat herder, trying to herd my familial clowder into a single Family Meeting can be a frustrating experience. I saw there's a polling feature in TidyCal now! Yay! except... it's not quite what I was hoping for. My Task: I want to find out when in the next 10 days I can all of us in a zoom room so we can talk as a family. So - what I'm looking to do: 1. In TidyCal - Create an Calendar Poll with the voting options as the top of the hour, on the hour, from 8am - 5pm PT, from date X to date Y. And have the poll "end" visibility on a date before the first option. Then, the final arbitrator in the family can choose from the best date for high attendance, and TidyCal will send out the invites to everyone.
What do you think? Is that something on the roadmap?
The only options I see are before appointment reminders, it's not useful to me if I can't send emails after the meeting with their package and info. Only reason to pay for calendly and I can do what I need otherwise with their free version. This is a critical oversight

Q: Agency plan for multiple clients?

Can I use the Agency plan to manage multiple clients(different businesses)?
