Q: Is it possible to have a "master account", and several "sub-accounts"? (With separate licenses for each account?)

Let's say I run an online consultancy with 3 consultants. I want to use TidyCal to allow clients to book online appointments to ANY ONE of my consultants, pay via Stripe Connect, and 20% of the payment goes to my consultancy, and 80% goes to the consultant. I also want to see the availability of ALL of my consultants at ALL times via my "master account".

BUT:

Each consultant also wants to set up a calendar via TidyCal where clients can only book them for consultations, pay via Stripe Connect (20% still goes to the agency), and accept bookings without risking clients choosing another consultant.

So, each consultant has a "sub-account" that is connected to the "master account", but independent of all other "sub-accounts".

My questions are:

1) Is this currently possible with TidyCal?

2) If not, are you open to developing this?

I need to buy a license for a customer, can I buy it with my AppSumo account (so with my email), but create an account on TidyCal with his email address and the license bought on my account?

You can certainly purchase a license using your account and get it activated on your friend's account afterward. Please make sure the friends account is already created before you try to activate the license, so the license can be properly set.

Q: Flexible meeting duration for bookers

I would love it if my clients had an option to flexibly choose the duration of their appointment.

I would love to set a time range rather than a fixed time (eg. between 30-120 minutes for an appointment type).

For example, clients could book both 30 minutes of coaching or - if more time is free in my calendar and they want a longer session - they can also book 2 hours with the same link.

That way clients wouldn't have to jump back and forth between different booking types or booking links.
