Q: Where is WhatsApp Flows feature in the roadmap?
As per previous posts, WhatsApp Flows support was planned to be delivered by past July, but was delayed due to the national crisis.
As per last follow up status, it should be delivered within the next 6-weeks. Is this still the plan?
However, I couldn’t find any information about this on the roadmap. Is it included (but not mentioned) with the automations, and therefore be released with this?
The "Automation Builder" (our WhatsApp flow feature) is already in the queue on our roadmap. We're working hard to roll out new features while also incorporating customer feedback to optimize everything we do.
While we initially estimated it would take 6 weeks to complete, it's taking a bit longer than expected. But as they say, great things take time!...

One thing is automation, and another completely different thing is support for WA Flows, right?

Q: Is there a way to automate the balance transfer process?
As stated, for whitelabel customers we would need to bring our own billing mechanism, so they don’t receive a LP invoice. Then we would buy all credits from our wallet and transfer to the appropriate account, correct?
However, as we scale the balance transfer per workspace/account could easily become a nightmare.
Is there a way to automate this process?
I mean, once we receive a payment our billing system would trigger the transfer to the appropriate workspace. Is this possible?

Once the limit is reached you wont be able to add more contacts. You will need to delete your previous contacts and then need to import new contacts. Hope this make sense.

Well, We facilitate whatsapp business APi only and since this is the authentic way to utilize whatsapp, We do not have any plan to add whatsapp web integration. But may be in future if demand rises we will consider. Would you mind adding this feature to our public roadmap so that based on demand we can reconsider?
