Q: Communication Challenges via Lancepilot Whatsapp Support

Hello Istiak!

I have been reaching out via WhatsApp for a week now without a response. I previously informed you that I had refunded the highest tier because I was uncertain about the direction of Lancepilot since its launch on AppSumo. This decision was not made lightly; I considered the feedback and concerns raised by other sumolings regarding the product's development and future, as well as support. It has been challenging not knowing clearly what improvements have been made, and I hope to gain better insight into the current status of Lancepilot.

Of course, a week without a response is also a warning sign.

The possibility of reacquiring a full license after addressing these concerns is on the table.

A: Hi, Please note White labeling and White labeling billing system is two different thing! With white labeling you can fully white label our system but to manage your customers you will need to have your own billing system.
